## About Nathan Iverson, PhD

Nathan Iverson is an organizational psychologist and the founder of Momentum Coaching + Consulting. Since 2016 he has led the Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology Master's program at California Baptist University — nationally ranked Top 10 and the #1 I-O Psychology program in California — preparing 200+ practitioners now working across Fortune 500 firms, consulting groups, and mission-driven organizations, with an 85% placement rate within four months of graduation.

He holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University (2018). From 2022 to 2023 he served as International Relations and Protocol Officer for the Office of the Mayor, City of Riverside, leading a trade delegation to Gangnam, South Korea, and advising on a proposed $50 million Korean cultural center.
